This website is operated by Brunswick Locksmith Service. The information on it is general in nature and is provided to help you understand our services. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment of your lock, door or property.

Pricing information provided over the phone, by email or in response to a quote request is based on the details you give us. The final price may change if the lock, door or work required is different once assessed. We will discuss any change with you before proceeding.

Before opening, rekeying or replacing locks, we may ask for reasonable proof that you are entitled to access or authorise work at the property. We may decline work where this cannot be provided.

Our hours are 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM. We do not offer a 24/7 service and do not guarantee arrival times unless confirmed with you directly.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
